Train like a professional
On arrival day all cricketers will be assessed by the coaches both in technical skills and match play. They will then be allocated into groups based on the assessment, we find this is the best way to help individuals progress alongside peers at similar levels.

2025 Coaching line up
Tom Webley
Currently Head of Cricket at Wells Cathedral School. Tom is a Level 4 coach with an interest in batting. Having played at all levels of the game including 'First-class cricket' he understands the game inside out and what it takes to be at the top of the game. He has represented Somerset, Dorset and Suffolk.
Jack Moore
Jack is currently a cricket coach at Somerset Cricket Club and Millfield School. He is a Level 3 ECB coach and covers all aspects of the game including bowling and wicketkeeping. He is also an active player in the region.
Will Rowley
Will is a Level 2 cricket coach and current coach at King's School Worcester alongside coaching at Worcestershire Cricket Foundation. He currently plays for University of Worcester. He is a bowling specialist.
